Sure I'd be happy to help, the reason Im here is ita nice and specific. It may be an old style format of forum but it's sought out by those who specifically wanna bbq. Can't be interrupted by random shit like on face book etc.

G’day I cook the ribs at 135 to 150 C the higher end of the smoking range. Cover the ribs with a thin coat of oil then press on a packet of Mexican fijita seasoning.
