Hi peeps, don't even have a smoker yet, but was leaning towards a offset maybe, just wondering I'm keen to use wood but is there a unit that you can use for both? Just wondering if the Thermomerters that how with the smokers are reliable or not, if not what's a good wireless or type to use without breaking the bank. Cheers woody.
