Cooked a Hot Cross Bun Pudding on my Cobb with Coco Hot Nuts. Same method as Bread and Butter Pudding. Photobucket will not let me add the finished product! Will try later. I am getting excellent results from CHEF'S CHOICE CHARCOAL from Charleville.
Their extra chunky charcoal works very well.
