hi have seen them air fryers but thought they was a little expensive. Just a month or so ago a friend grabbed me one of these chip trays from Aldi, I use 1/2 - 1 tbsp. of oil and get just the same result. Think it was well under 15 bucks and works a treat. I have just had the chance to use it in the oven to date. As said it worked a treat.
Imagine it should also work in the Q & 4 burner, will post when I get the chance to give it a go on these.

Crust like jerky &was moist &pulled apart Davo.
12 x7 we did not wrap it just took it to around 86c.
We was salivating after 19hrs.

Hey, Well me mate and I dropped this out on the weekend for our first attempt. must admit work dragged me off for a bit but we feel satisfied with the first try. Think we got a good bark.
