Aldi Scotch Fill. on the Z & G

Hi,
Tried a couple of those $20.00kg Scotch Fillets from Aldi.
About what I expected for the price.
Average on the tenderness, great flavour though.
Done with the lid down over the Dome burners. 3 minutes per side.

Hi, Im the importer of Yoder Smokers & "Fully Loaded" means it comes with everything. In regards to a Yoder 20" Offset Smoker , fully Loaded means it comes with a Tuning Plate, Top Shelf, Professional Temp gauges, cooking grate in firebox & pot warmer. Hope this helps. Cheers...
