These work well in a Alfoil tray or just on theBBQ grill You can get them from China ,but I'm not sure if they are stainless Mine came from Masters originally. If you want mint to infuse your lamb, I suggest you seal the meat then lay your shoulder or whatever over a bed of fresh Mint .
The mint infuses nicely,
