Hi all
I live in Melbourne and I'm in the market for a
Cyprus spit.
Can anyone recommend or have any feedback on them?
Bbqspitrotisseries seem to have a few,
Does anyone else have any good quality ones?
Thanks Wayne.

Re: Anyone modded their WSM?
I've now got two extra levels to cook on, primarily for chicken bits.
An easy mod about $20 of 6mm stainless steel all thread nuts and washers.
The racks are 90mm apart.

ID'ing which 1/2 cooked rib is which?
Hi all, I'm about to do a cook of 4 different flavours of ribs probably all in the WSM, what are some options to be able to ID which is which so I don't mix the bastings/final mops sauces up with the wrong flavour? WSM stainless grills
Hi all.
I've just got myself a second hand 18.5" 47cm Wsm.
Are stainless steel grills, top or bottom
available for them?
Or is anyone making them after market?
Melbourne if possible.
I prefer stainless rather than the chrome plated ones.
Thanks
Wayne.

Re: Wood chunks / charcoal in the Bendigo area?
Maybe try your local chicken shop.
I'm in Melbourne and i get my charcoal from the local charcoal chicken shop.
I figure if they do hundreds of chooks a week with it
It's good enough for me.

Re: Quickest way to light charcoal
I bought my first ever Looftlighter a couple of months ago and it's the best thing to use ever.
I'd recommend getting one there's a video of its use on the Looftlighter website.
