Got an Argentinian mate opening up an Argentinian restaurant here in Newcastle in the next few months, and judging from the menu you guys sure love your bbq meats.

We have a Harris farm at Glendale too I will be checking that out very soon, good to know that somewhere stocks it.

Went in tonight and got the American Steakhouse Seasoning (which is made in the UK) and the Chipotle BBQ sauce.

Had them both on burgers with some chilli jam, was very tasty.

Yeah I have heard masters is on the way out, none really in my area. Oh I have never thought of going to Harris Farms, will have to keep that in mind. If anyone has butcher recommendations up this way I am all ears. I generally use either Dunn's in New Lambton or The Pickled Pig in Belmont North but am always open to suggestions.

Just thought I would pop in and say hi, have been lurking around for a while now....going to get a smoker as a birthday present in the next couple of months so am here for research and learning purposes.

Looking at the Pro Q smokers at the moment.
