Bit of pulled lamb shoulder smoked with hickory. Rubbed with salt, pepper and olive oil. Bentley, The yabbie is what you guys call a mudbug. Marron are much bigger and more similar to a maine lobster but from fresh water. West Australian Marron are probably the best tasting crustacean in the world in my opinion.

Smoked a rib eye with some mushrooms for tea the other night. Have you considered changing the handles on the WSM/Kettle and draws to the aftermarket Weber wooden handles like on the GA? Now that would look smokin.

Hi guys, did some beautiful ribs and chuck on the weber last weekend. Chuck was on there for about 5 hours with hickory smoke for the first hour and just a Dalmatian rub.
