Re: Patio Reverse Flow Build
Looking great Rustoration! Enjoying watching the build. Plug welds! Wish I thought of that. That middle hinge. My 2 cents. I'd put my eye in line with the hole and watch it. Hold it at its most out of wack spot. Then jam a die grinder in there. Dont wanna tell ya how to suck eggs but. You look like ...

Cheers Warm beer, lol. Davo, they're all empty now. I cant help but collect stuff haha. @ Bear. Feast at Unley. I know people reckon he's too dear. But I rate his cuts highly. I usually call ahead and he's more than happy to pick out and put aside the best looking cuts. He smokes also, so at least h...

Re: Smoking on my home made offset.
Oh thanks Chris, that explains it.
I usually do take it off. I had just forgotten this morning half asleep.
On second thoughts though. I didn't actually put any rub on the rib side of the meat.

Re: Smoking on my home made offset.
Ribs came out great. As was expected, the fatty end was incredible, so moist and melt in ya mouth tender. The lean end was still good, but in comparison it was a bit drier and not quite melt in ya mouth. http://i374.photobucket.com/albums/oo186/dezcook81/rps20150814_190040_231_zpsrhgtxspw.jpg Check ...

Brewery isn't much worth showing. Just a single vessel converted keg set up. Keen to step up to a RIMS set up soon though. I will...

Re: Smoking on my home made offset.
Morning. It's Brew and Que Friday! (For me at least) Currently my favourite cut of meat to cook and eat, prepped and ready to go on the smoker. Beef Shorties. http://i374.photobucket.com/albums/oo186/dezcook81/rps20150814_085506_116_zpsni433jh2.jpg http://i374.photobucket.com/albums/oo186/dezcook81/...
