I tossed out my gasser replaced it will a griddle pan on a 2 burner gas stove
The gas stove is more practical I do most of my cooking outside in Qld
And uses less gas to cook a steak than a 4 burner
Have weber and a hibachi for charcoal depending on if I need a lid or just grilling for 2

Try making the dough 2 days before and leave it in the fridge. Let it rise 3/4s first then fridge in bowl with EVOO and covered in glad wrap Take out and make pizzas and let it rise a little while waiting for your pizza oven/barbie to warm up Do it on baking paper and its easy The taste difference i...
