Why not deal directly with the Importer, he stocks and sell the GMG Pellet grills and will organise freight as this is where it comes from anyway irrespective of what resaler you buy it through. http://hark.com.au/gmg-units.html Based in Nunawading Vic. If it's a shoulder just freeze it....freezing is great for secondary cuts you are going to cook Low and Slow...if it was a Prime cut then you'd Vac seal it and not freeze.

Beech smoking chips are perfect and what all the smallgoods manufacturers use. About $50 a 15kg bag(the size of a wheat sack).

Hi Mixin,

You can't upgrade a non-WiFi controller.....I did suggest to GMG a while back that a USB port would be a good thing but....Have not seen it yet......WiFi is the future!

The "Hot" firmware is the right choice for Australia. "cold is for Snow!
