I took some inspiration from this post and did a rack of cape grim beef shorties on the DB. Rubbed them with BPS Money rub. Did em at 250f until 205f IT. With a bit of a spritz now and then. After reading different threads, articles, web pages and books with Rub recipies. I was wondering where is the best place to source dry rub ingredients? Kosher salt, course pepper etc that are suitable for homemade rubs. (Not commercial quantities)

Tapatalk recently upgraded and for some reason on this forum I cant view posts by timeline. That option is greyed out. I can select trending, unread, subscribed and participated. Does anyone else have this issue?

I used a 1 to 2 outlet on a 4 kg bottle for both baby q and 2 burner for the week camping. Worked a treat.
