Nah, All string cheese in OZ is cheddar not mozza, idea behind string cheese here is fun for kids, mozza is basically blah bland taste wise, so wouldn't be a hit with the kiddies.

I use Kiwi Brand, Titch put me onto them, use, abuse, throw away, then spend another $7 for another. Super sharp from new, they are a soft metal, so easy to resharpen/reshape. And when your a blade dunce like myself, ease of maintenance is important.
