Re: Grilling on the Louisiana LG Pellet Grill

Thanks Guys, I waited over a year while Louisiana gained compliance for Australian to import them.

I grilled a de-boned leg of lamb on my LG tonight.

For me they are the best Chinese produced Pellet Grill by far.

Thanks, Dave

Re: Which one to buy???

Have a look at the Louisiana grills, only recently imported to Australia, totally Australian compliance and some really useful accessories. My mate Chris bought one of them recently and he's really happy with his choice. These units are very well built and is quite solid...the controls easy to use....

Turkey - Stuff or Not to Stuff?

Just thought this might be an interesting topic for discussion, to stuff or not to stuff a Turkey? I was advised very strongly by professional Chefs in the US never to stuff a Turkey and cook the Turkey with the stuffing inside. Even more so when the Bird was over a certain size. The reason given wa...

Human Nature, It's a funny thing. The OP or "wrong doer" probably would take offence. Many times I've just let it go. However, If I feel I can tastefully add to the Opps experiance, then all good. Saying YOUR WRONG, regardless of whatever science you have to back up just makes one look the fool. be...

Hi Ralph, Firstly, where do you live? Adel Hills? Melb Hills? The great thing about a BBQ Forum is the difference of opinions & experiences, so read all & make your own judgements. What I have learnt is that you have to pay for consistency , this is the BIG thing. If you are happy with hit & miss th...
