I've cooked both and can't pick a favourite yet.

A lot of our pit masters have very differing opinions on techniques, cuts and methods.

Sticky is a great idea. We have lots more coming. The Pork Ribs one is a real eye opener, explains in 20 seconds why we find it so hard to get good ribs in Australia. Even I was like, wow, that simple huh! Thanks Gumb and Narmnaleg.
