Lamb delivered in Sydney
I just took my first order from Mudgee Lamb, I got a half lamb for $110. This includes off cuts and they gave me extra on request for the dog. I just got the little rotisserie from Aldi and put a small leg of lamb as well as some pork rashers on the grill. Tried first full chook last night with a beer up its bum.. Might have to invest in a stainless steel holder instead as I found no benefit of doing the beer can chicken. Rinsed with water, pat dried. Bit of oil and then used some magic dust inside and out Smoked with chunks of lemon from my own tree....

Exactly the kind of info i was after - cheers Yorto. How big is your pork & what do you think the total cook time will be? How long is a piece of string hahaha... The last time I had 2 x 1kg and that took 9 hours at a higher temp, wrapped in tin foil for the last 2-3 hours then wrapped in towel...
