Lamb delivered in Sydney

I just took my first order from Mudgee Lamb, I got a half lamb for $110. This includes off cuts and they gave me extra on request for the dog. They also do pies (which are awesome) and at the moment 5kg ham for Christmas for $50. https://www.facebook.com/MudgeeLamb https://www.facebook.com/photo.php...

Oh and some pugs feet for the dog, although it was going to be a pigs head...... Got both the Webers going tonight as I...

Re: Neighbourhood charcoal smoke off

Poor Yorto won't know what to do tomorrow ! Total fire ban - but get this. Despite some here telling us the world will end if someone strikes a match on a total fire ban day - it seems common sense has prevailed (mere co-incidence it's grand final day right ?) and tomorrow DESPITE the ban you CAN h...

Re: What Did You Cook Part 8 - Aug 2013

Tried first full chook last night with a beer up its bum.. Might have to invest in a stainless steel holder instead as I found no benefit of doing the beer can chicken. Rinsed with water, pat dried. Bit of oil and then used some magic dust inside and out Smoked with chunks of lemon from my own tree....
