Re: The new Kamado Joes at BBQ Galore
How much for the divide and conquer system? really interested to see if you can now do high temp pizzas in there? Also with the talk about price, the kamado joe's customer service is second to none, both my fire ring and fire box cracked, i was able to get replacements sent out. Which i haven't used...

Re: Sounding board...advice wanted

I have the normal size kamado joe and with the loof lighter I can get it up to 700f in 20 mins. I would have got the larger one if I had the cash extra real estate would be use...

Re: Twice Cooked Braised BBQ Beef Cheeks.
Going to give this a go later in the week. Beef Cheeks are one of the only Cape Grim products I've found on the gold coast.
Just wondering with the Rub is that the right amount for 4 cheeks? or will there be plently left over? I only ask because every time I seem to make a rub I make way too much

Re: DROVERS PRIDE PORTERHOUSE
For any steak lovers id recommend finding a good butcher who has both grass and grain fed beef, cook some side by side and see which one you like.
Grass fed beef wont have the marbling of grain fed beef in most cases, so judging by marbling isn't the best indicator.
