Q master

Hi guys, I bought a q master lite from @woodpelletgrill Wang and would like to know how to calibrate the probe as it seems to be about 20f out these days.
Anyone remember or know where to get this info please?

Re: Costco ribs

I did 2 racks of Costo ribs today. Excellent result and everyone enjoyed them. No crutch, just 6 hours in the WSM with the occasional mopping of bbq sauce. http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj237/emono5/223f41ecc947c65fd5fe0665cd4a3ab2_zpsqiemxu0l.jpg http://i273.photobucket.com/albums/jj237/emono5...

Bludso's San Antone BBQ restaraunt at Crown Melbourne

Some mates and I went to this recently opened BBQ restaurant at Crown Friday. It's called San Antone and is owned by an American named Bludso who owns BBQ joints in the US. Re: Running a Weber Q off a small Propane bottle

This morning I swapped the grill Buddy over for a 1 to 2 outlet bottle adaptor so I can run both the stove and the Q off the same 4kg BBQ bottle.

Re: Running a Weber Q off a small Propane bottle

Well the manufacturer of the gas has replied saying MAP gas is not suitable for BBQ's so that's the end of that.
From what I could find on the net 'Map Plus' is Propylene gas not Propane. Dunno what the dangers are but I'll steer clear.

Re: Running a Weber Q off a small Propane bottle

Hey smokey, the BBQ seems to run ok n this gas from a short test I did, it doesnt seem overly hot. However you have raised some concern with me so Ive email Bromic to see their take on it.
