That looks the business! Rice cakes look super tasty, I love the taste of caremelised rice, local thai place near me does this amazing fried rice dish with coconut, lime, chill and pork rind where they let the bottom catch to the pan so it gets a crust, I reckon it would be right up your alley Bucc...

I'd be down for a group cape grim brisket buy in Metro Perth. Wonder if it we could fit that in logistically for the Bunno crew as well. The wife's off to Tas for work next week and I've asked her to bring me back a couple in her suitcase, but I don't like my chances. :lol: There's a few of us here...

I bought the weber attachment.
I really like it. Simple to use and the chooks i did were great.
Did the peri peri marinade and just a basic chicken salt one that had been brined.
Both came out really well
