Great looking lamb there Alimac. At what temp did you cook before the wrap? Was it a 110 pit temp the whole way?

So simple and cheap to make. Even I could do it! 14 heat beads and it's about 2/3 full. (Kitchen utensil holder is the small one from IKEA)
