TFO lerves her pizza, and so often it isn't convenient to fire up the keg to cook just a single. I bought a $29 electric with a sto...

Bucc, Seriously mate, have you ever considered producing your own book? I think your cooking prowess and photography is worthy enough for consideration to put into a hard cover. Just sayin' :) No Davo, you are the lone voice in the wilderness, I haven't considered that or anything like it. Perhaps ...

I marinated the chook in Asian inspired flavors, garlic, coriander, two types of soy and fresh chilies, fish sauce. Set the charcoal with some apple wood and some almond wood from the garden, and smoked the chook. It was extremely delicious, I will be using this combo again! http://i1178.photobucket...

Here is one of the many tasty ways I use them.
Slow cooked Indian curry, a Rajastani style base.
Makes me wonder why I BBQ brisket!
Couple of easy Roti FTW.

1) I am a fan and am confident you will get there, hope I can support you.
2) The welds looked a bit , um, erratic?
3) On the road to rehabilitation, there are many potholes called relapses!
You will get there bro, carry on!
