I marinated the chook in Asian inspired flavors, garlic, coriander, two types of soy and fresh chilies, fish sauce. Set the charcoal with some apple wood and some almond wood from the garden, and smoked the chook. It was extremely delicious, I will be using this combo again! http://i1178.photobucket...

Yeah Smokey, so many fabulous dishes using brisket. Here is one of the many tasty ways I use them.
Slow cooked Indian curry, a Rajastani style base.
Makes me wonder why I BBQ brisket!
