Hello. First off I have been using a Euro Chef for two years. I only use the " Snake method" . Place meat in middle of heat shield. use water pan in the middle.I then keep turning the rack and heat shield so the meat stays in front of the heat coming from the snake. This is for low & s...

G'day. Internet coverage in Australia SUCKS!!! :twisted: Ribs were great. :D Removed at 4pm, foiled, warped in t-tails for one hour, in a esky. Removed them when Thay reached 185f. Nice and moist. :D Smoke ring could of been better, but still had taste :D Did mention that Internet coverage SUCKS!!!....

G'day. Last night rubed a two kg Beef Ribs, with ( Maille Dijon Mustard) and Tatonka Dust. Injected it with (Campbell's) beef stock with a pinch of (Aussie bbq smoke) Convict Rub in it for good measure :) Over night in fridge. Using snake method, with four chunks of Apricot for the smoke.
