Re: Bbq advice

I would still have a look at a nice ceramic one as well.... Depending on what size you get the taste of a charcoal BBQ is hard to beat.. Midweek cook so what... with a chimey starting a cook is in under 15 minute (in summer)... Kamado Joe, Big Green egg, Kamado Cooker, Acorn and of course my fav Kom...

Re: G'day from the Tweed Coast, Northern NSW

Welcome BBQ dad, congrats on your purchase and yes a Weber BBQ 6 burner with all the accesoiries would set you back around the 6K ... Thats a lot of dollars for a BBQ... I have no experience with that brand but I expect it will more than suit your purposes..
Welcome to the forum!

Re: Weber Q Fry Pan

A mate of mine swears by using cast iron pots (they also figure its less cleaing (not so sure).
I havent used the weber fry pan but I guess by disconnecting the handle it would be safe "under" the hood.

Re: Napoleon vs Weber SM

Re: How to use my Smoker

My 1 ct...
The water helps with the moisture during the cook... But its also a stabiliser for the temps... I found that when I used my WSM i just filled it with sand... does a pretty good job of holding temps as well..
