irilbarra I have the smaller Weber Q and its sufficient for two of us but even then sometimes I would have liked the larger Q. For a family of 4 plus visitors I would suggest the larger model. We are very lucky we have a privately owned butchers shop away from the shopping centers and have bought from that shop for close to 40 years now. I bought mine from a Disposal store it has a screw on handle I think I paid about $12.00.

And that does a perfect job.

Another place to hunt is the Opp shop be about $2-3 there if that.

Try the supermarkets why worry about lids buy a roll of foil and use that.

I am far from a Pizza expert I saw a demo of the Weber Q cooking Pizza and they were great. My Webber Q I preheat on high for 20min and the temp is usually around the 250-300 mark, I will double check in a few days time They were using a bought base.
