i only made it about 5 mins in before turning it off!

saw those in Costco the other day but ended up buying ribs instead as i wasnt real sure how to cook those...

300g hickory smoked beef pattie
2 slices american cheese

1 egg
Caramalised red onion

Did some pork crackles in the weber from leftover skins I've been saving up. A little kosher salt and Cajun seasoning. Turned out well but I still need to cut more fat away before cooking them
