Did some pork crackles in the weber from leftover skins I've been saving up. A little kosher salt and Cajun seasoning. Turned out well but I still need to cut more fat away before cooking them

Well I'll probably get rid of it after I take the ash catcher then. If I want a gas weber I'm probably better just buying a decent second hand one
