Agree with the chook and the thermometer (takes all the guesswork out) I did a rolled porkloin on the weekend. Butcher butterflied it. I have a bit of experience in this from the world of cycling Its all about distribution agreements and everyong wanting (needing) their slice of the pie. For instance a cycling parts distributor might sell continental tyres, shimano chains and selle italia saddles Now i can (and do) buy all these on...

Option number 2 looks a good start, right price, minces as well
I home brew as well as bbq so have to be careful with SWMBO re gadgets etc so its on hold at the moment

How have I lived all these years without a rotisserie. Best $60 I ever spent.
