Well all I can say is a big "YUM". That cherry really puts some flavor into the meat, will be using it again I think. Sorry I don't have any pics, just did a standard brine of salt & brown sugar with the recommended amount of kwikcure, then cold smoked for about 4 hours while the bride...

Hi all, I'll be smoking a ham in the next couple of weeks, would cherry pellets with some chunks of cherry wood be ok on a ham? I've never used cherry before, not sure how strong it is...Thanks
