Does anyway have any experience with the Napoleon LEX series. Looking at the build in model (605). Would like to know about quality of build, any hotspots etc.

I have also wondered this. I have cooked several chickens now and also turkey twice. I have had the temp set around the 200 - 210 They have come out rather crispy but lovely and moist inside. Not sure if I have it too hot at that and should be coming down to between 180 - 200. I suppose practice. I ...

Problem resolved with the replacement parts sent by Weber...... Now that's customer service.
