There's some really nice cook ups there Gents.

And of course I did a bit of cooking and the Missus finished it properly
Ox tongue spring rolls with dipping sauce and salad with ox tongue.

A question for all those out there that like to try something a little different. How do you cook Ox Tongue? Recently was watching Food Safari and saw Ox Tongue being prepared. My statement and opinion was based on observations and being involved in similar matters. Not meant as a personal slight or finger pointing at anyone. You have though shown my point of view to have merit. As with all opinions others will disagree and some will agree...... it's all about how you feel...
