First time WSM cook (pulled pork)

Hey Jimmy, that's a great looking piece if pork, well done. You're brave leaving it on overnight at your first use! I buy most of my meat from Preston Market (I live and work five minutes from there) from George's Meats. I've shown him Boston butt's and found he's very helpful in cutting meat to ord...

Re: Weber Smokey Mountain 22.5" has landed

Fleetz, do you mean you brought this back on the plane as a checked item? Has anyone ever done this? I would think it is too big. I don't know about it being too big, it probably is because it is huge, but I got mine shipped through FedEx for $172, to my door, I reckon it would cost more to bring h...

Re: Cyberq WiFI - How to purchase?

I had a reply to my email to Firecraft about the CyberQ systems, asked them about a group buy and shipping costs ... Unfortunately, I can’t move on the price on these units ... Shipping on this order will be 82.97 for DHL, 101.62 for FedEx. I believe these figures are less about the dimensions of th...

As an example, my last order showed $500 shipping using the postage estimator, when i went through the shopping cart it showed $249.xx , but I contacted them by email and ended up with a final quote of ...

Re: Cyberq WiFI - How to purchase?

I haven't done any research on these things yet but could be up for one of if the price was right. I've got a contact at a retailer in the USA that sells them - they've got the BBQ Guru CyberQ Wifi Complete Kit that fits Weber Smokey Mountains, Kettles and Performers, Brinkmanns, ProQ, Napoleon Apol...

I cooked an asado beef rib the other day (along with some other stuff) and took it off the BBQ when the meat on the rib reached 200°F, it was without a doubt the best beef rib that I have ever cooked ... https://farm4.staticflickr.com/3722/13506072125_d51424e867_z.jpg https://farm8.staticflickr.com/...
