Up to about 800mm square, work as good as anything else

Snapper is an awsum candidate for a similar cure.
Preferably cold smoked, it's how I used to do mine, have done the same with king fish, yellow fin tuna , makeral ect.

22.5's seem pretty rare down under.
Most are 18.5s I've seen.
Dad had one for 20 years or so but never realy knew how to use it and didn't like us, have the Benifits of the Internet and forums to learn how to drive it.
All I can say if your buying a wsm think long and hard about a uds

And if you want to build a UDS you steal the lid off a half decent one and turn the bottom one into a fire pit burning those cheap wood logs, same leg design.. When you go to bed chuck a weber lid on it and job done

I've put them on all the front feet on my webers and uds

I once gave away my travel weber secret to hogsy, get some aluminum tube from metal land or similar.. Get it cut to 350 mm lengths x 3.
Get some tuner leg stub caps from bunnings and you got a shortie camping weber.
The compact is lower profile if boot rooms an issue
