Pork belly strips glazed in a maple syrup and pomegranate molasses glaze with mushrooms in butter with dill and lemon rind and a fennel, cranberry and haloumi salad.

Urban Griller is your friend but its not NOR Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk He gets good beef ribs from cape grim. There about $22 a kilo aswell but huge amount of meat. To tell you the truth I use a Thermapen or maverick Thermometer when doing roasts so I can take it off and let it rest just before it hits the temp I want.

They where actually label Brisket which surprised me, was going to pick a couple up to give them ago but ended up grabbing a few pork shoulders instead

You could get 2-3kg Brisket and 3-4kg Pork Shoulder (PS was $5.99kg)from Drovers last time I was there, which was around two weeks ago. Brisket was also cheap from what I remember.alimac23 wrote:Thanks chargrilled much appreciated, I'd definitely be up for a brisket.
