Well it took a 2 months (and have had various butchers I used) but I reckon I found a worthy butcher for my BBQ adventures. Although some of them (Dee Why was good) came close I feel the overall helpfulness and variety/quality of meats of this butcher made the choice easy. So who is it?
The butcher I’m going to use is called RG Meats and is based in Brookvale. They do a large variety of different meats and have a customer friendliness I haven’t seen in years.

Just wanted to say I get no discounts/payments to recommend these guys (I’m just one of their many customers). I do believe they provide great service and quality meat (at decent prices)!
