Do you have a sheet of aluminium foil under the pork in thsee pictures?

I have had mixed success with crackling on our Kamado Joe but it is still fairly new. First time I had success, I really cranked up the heat at the beginning to around 400c then dropped it down.

I used a stainless steel drip tray under the pork. 

Still trying to work out a foolproof method for doing pork and crackling!</description>
