Well I decided to get a stoker (a while back) but am attemtping to get a postage quote.
That’s the big disadvantage of living down-under that considerable amounts are spent on shipping costs. The stoker I want (basic system plus) with a 10cfm blower will set me back around 300 AU$ without shipping (luckily the aussie dollar is doing pretty well against the greenback).
I sent an email to rock’s bbq so am awaiting a quote on shipping costs…
Not sure if I mentioned that my guru gear arrived in just over 4 days from ordering so I was very impressed with their fast service (granted it was a fair few dollars in shipping costs but hey that’s a small price to pay for receiving the goods in good order and quickly).
Hopefully I’ll get an answer soon so I can continue the order (and actually submit the order), as I don’t believe in ordering without knowing what the shipping costs are (I learned my lesson I while back but that’s another story).
I’ll just have to wait……
