Well I received my Stoker today (unfortunately it’s under embargo until after my birthday) but I can at least show you what’s in the shipment for Rock’s BBQ. I ordered a Basic System Plus which is as far as I’m concerned the absolute minimum as you need at least a pit probe and a food probe.

My order consisted of the Stoker Basic System Plus and I upgraded to a 10CFM blower (as my KK requires a slightly larger blower due to its size/capacity) and I also got the adapter to fit a Komodo Kamado. The shipment took only 6 days from ordering to delivery (US -> Down-Under Sydney); very impressed (USPS is really good).

The shipment contained nicely packed components:
All Stoker components

It also had the invoice, Stoker documentation and probe information
Stoker manual and documentation

Since I can’t take the components out of the plastic yet (due to the previously discussed birthday embargo) I just took some photo’s of them in their packaging. At least you’ll have an idea as to what’s included.

1. Stoker itself
Stoker controller

2. Stoker blower; as previously mentioned I ordered (expected) and at Rock’s BBQ recommendation the 10CFM blower

3. Stoker power-pack; somewhat to my surprise and delight they actually included a power supply that is rated 110-240 so that should work with no issues here in Oz; Good Job Rock’s BBQ!!!

4. Stoker power-cord; well unfortunately (but not unexpected) they included a US powercord, but it is very easy for me to get an Australian cord so no problem here.

5. Stoker probes; I ordered the standard probes only and not the heat resistant ones (something for the future?)

As soon as the embargo is lifted (after the 23rd) I will try out the stoker and write a full review.
So far happy with my new gadget and am really looking forward to using it!
