We had a little outing today…. A couple of our friends had their permanent resident visa approved. Whcih is great as it means they can stay in Oz indefinitely. What better way to celebrate than to have a BBQ in the park.
Some of the council operated parks/areas have their own BBQ’s and this place was no different.
It had it’s gas operated BBQ hot plate (which makes it very safe in summer; as we have numerous “fire-ban’s” in place during hot Sydney summer (hot yeah right not so far it’s like 17 today!!! BRRR).
Anyway this is what it looks like:
Some people had brought their own Weber Q (some poor sod would have had to carry that 9kg gas cylinder; wasn’t me!!).
Another great (albeit windy) day in Sydney!
