Again not too much time (mid-week) so just used my trusty Weber to cook up some pork chops with some grilled asparagus. Also wanted to comment that although I make my own rubs it’s sometimes convenient to buy per-made ones, I found I nice Texan one sucklebusters that does some excellent rubs. For these porkchops I used a rub called Hog Waller.
Using 2 porkchops I sprinkled some rub on top:

I did a quick direct cook on high for about 2 minute each side. I ended up with 3 burners on medium with 1 burner turned off (right underneath the chops). I put the asparagus on after the inital 4 minutes, this is what it looked like after 8 minutes:

The final cook only took 12 minutes in total! (reckon you can do even less as the pork was juicy yet could be slightly less well done):

Happy with both the porkchops and the asparagus (just a little bit of olive oil + pepper, salt…easy).
