The Lamb adventure begins.

He would have been easy to spot with the lights out.

Was an interesting venture,most worthwhile and the Lamb was succulent.
Two things I had not tried before,stuffing the cavity and sewing closed and using a temp probe to keep an eye on the meat.
Cut the lamb into quarters and foiled in an esky for a hour and a half,takes the stress of carving with a big audience underfoot.
Was the moistest lamb I have had for years.
Wife was most impressed.
