First Brisket + a back up

Post by aussieant32 »

My first go at brisket today, threw some beef shorts in just in case I mucked it up :P

Very happy with it, 9 hours at 225f and 2 hour rest

Meat was so moist

Beefies, tried and tested.

Full dish with mac'n'cheese and texas style baked beans

Very happy with a first attempt :) Did a video showing it wobble, was so soft it was almost hard to cut! Trying to work out how to get it on pc to upload it lol

Looks beautiful. After porking myself out today I would love some beef.

Thanks guys. Still plenty of learning and improving to go but happy with things so far. Family want a big 'American' bbq in a few weeks, think I will add brisket to the menu
