Tri-Tip on the Rib-o-lator

i cooked some tri tip on the rol. seasoned with Montreal steak seasoning. grill temp was 325, i cooked it until internal was 135 then i seared it on the grill. came out med rare and tasted great.

Wow you can do chunks of beef on the Ribolator as well without balancing it with a chunk on the otherside,
