Hi All,
Just wanted to stop in to say hi
I've lately just acquired the desire to learn more about smoking and bbq techniques. Also what bbqs and tools are recommended and what to stay away from. Seems like there is a lot to learn though!
Hi!

Re: Hi!
G'day and Welcome Gocal,..
firstly in order to guide you, its best you let us know what you have now.
To learn the art of live fire, most newbies begin with the Weber Kettle as its very versatile pending on how you place your coals, some begin with the Komado, others an ugly drum smoker....theres just so many ways, its hard to point in one direction.
cheers

Re: Hi!
I currently have a webber kettle charcoal bbq which i purchased about 3 years or so ago.
I actually used it for regular bbqs, nothing fancy but now want to use it to it's full potential.
Any tips and advice would be awesome.
