I'm a new guy from Baulkham Hills in Sydney.
Picked up an old webber in a council clean up a little over a year ago. The 4 burner has not been used since and I'm taking delivery of a komado in the next day or so. I like some of the American low and slow BBQ... But also keen on tandoori, pizzas and the good ol aussie roast. I'm a home brewer too, so keen on a sous vide in the sparge water or mash on brew day. Looking to master both the traditional styles and explore a fusion of my favourite parts of various flavours/techniques into my own process.
