I'm new to this 'serious' bbqing caper so looking forward to the extensive knowledge on here. Live in Syd and just bought myself a new kamado 8) .....can't wait

Hope you get to give that Komado a damn good work-out....I've personally never used one before so can't give you much advice.

Got myself a Kamado Joe classic. Seriously considered a big joe or even taking the Primo XL path but decided against it in the end. Did my first ribs on the weekend and managed to squeeze enough on to feed everyone 8)
