Matt here from Sydney. Just joined this forum, as yesterday I became an owner of a new Weber Q2000 - my first BBQ in Oz!
I hope to learn a lot from everyone here, as I have little-to-no experience with gas appliances (stove top does not count) like that.

I have a gasser myself. After some reading here have now expanded to 4 bbqs /grills. Gets addictive.
