Newbie here from melb

Helllooo everyone, I'm Kiara from Melbourne. 22 and new to this whole smoking thing but I've always wanted to do it so yesterday I picked up the coolabah smoker from ALDI, and randomly bought this brew kit too hahaha.

Can't wait to begin this amazing food journey with the help of my dad, some good father daughter bonding over glorious meat

Will post up photos of our first cook tonight which is pork spare ribs and babybacks.

Thanks to everyone in this community that may help me along this road to cook the perfect meat!
