Worcestershire Powder
I note that Worcestershire Powder is used in a few rubs. I've looked all around and can only find one place that sells it, in the U.S.,and they don't sell overseas.
Anyone know of an Oz friendly supplier.

Re: Worcestershire Powder
There is a local supplier to the food industry, I'll need to dig out my sample pot and read the label. My memory says you need to be a business, 10kg tub and it is stupidly expensive.
Made by Nikken (Japan), just need to read who the distributor is from the label

Re: Worcestershire Powder
The distributor in the states was around $5 for half a cup. But you don't need much.

Have you looked into using one of the mail redirection services that are on the go?

Re: Worcestershire Powder
I will admit to not having heard of it in Powder form before.
I'm intrigued seeing as the flavour is great

Yup, Takonta powder uses it.

I got mine from USA, and I was really looking forward to it. I LOVE Lee and Perrins Wooster!!Sjcampbell wrote:Yup, Takonta powder uses it.

However, the result was very disappointing but I hesitate to say that you will think the same because I am a contrary bastard.
