Can anyone give me an idea of how long and at what temp to cook this on the trivet in a Q320?

mate I cook mine on a raised trivet indirect at 3 strokes below high outside burner only and they usually take about 1 1/4 hr.
I always use a probe for internal temp and this time does vary somewhat, cheers

Thanks... that gives me a starting point

The 320 has a gauge so get it running at 200c and you'll be sweet. I like a bit of char so I actually grill it first on both sides like you would a steak, then put it on the trivet to finish. Doesn't take long, maybe 30 minutes depending on how much grilling time you did,
